Бугатын хурал /Махгалын хурал/ Сумын төвөөс зүүн хойш 70 орчим км-т Согоотын их Элстэй хэмээх газар Бугатын хурал буюу Махгалын хурлын 1 дуган байжээ.Дуганын зүү нурд талд Бугат хэмээх газар бий.Уг хурал нь 19-р зууны сүүлч үед байгуулагдаж 50 орчим жил оршин тогтноод 1930-аад оны үед хаагджээ.Очирваань шүтээнтэй уг хуралд 20 орчим лам байнга сууж хурдаг.Майдар эргэх, Ганжуур эргэх, Нүгнээ сахих, маанийн бүтээл хийх зэрэг шашин номын зан үйлийг хийдэг.Хурал ном нь харьцангүй тогтворжижи жигдэрсэн хурал байжээ.Хойд талын нь Баян хайрхан уулыг Очирваанийн дүртэй уул гэж ярилцдаг ажээ.
Description of location :
The site is located in the place called Sogoogyn ekh Elstei, 70 km. east of the sum center in the territory of Khoolt bag. North of the site is the Khanui river and east is Bugat. Bayankhairkhan mountain, the mountain to its north is said to resemble the form of Vajrapani deity.
