Хурал байсан энэ газрыг ерөнхийд нь Их өлтийн нурууны өвөр гэж нэрлэдэг. Б.Ринчений 1979 онд эрхлэн хэвлүүлсэн “БНМАУ-гийн угсаатны зүй хэл шинжлэлийн атлас” –ын сүм хийдийн жагсаалтад Цэцүүхийн хурал хэмээх нэрээр бүртгэгдсэн боловч нутгийн олон Дарь эхийн дуган хэмээн нэрлэж ирсэн байна. 1880-аад оны үед Зартын хүрээнээс салбарлан байгуулагдсан гэх уг дуган нь Дарь эх шүтээнтэй, жил сарын дүйчэн өдрүүдэд 20 шахам лам цуглаж хурдаг байжээ. Тэд ихэвчлэн шинийн 8-нд манал, шинийн 15, 25-нд дарь эхийн мандал шива , сандуйн жүд, бурхан багшийн магтаал ерөөрүүдийг хурдаг байсан байна. Бусад үед дуган нь мөнх зултай, тахилч ламтай байжээ. Мөн дуганы лам нар зуны эхэн сард туурийн хойно 1 км-т орших Өлтийн овоо хэмээх овоог тахидаг байв. 1937 оны зуны тэргүүн сард бурхан багшийн их дүйчэн өдрөөр сүүлчийн удаа хураад уг дуганы хурал тарсан бөгөөд 1950-иад он хүртэл эзгүйрч хоосорсон дуганд Цэцүүх багийн контор байрлаж байжээ.Одоо дуганы тууриас зүүн хойш 2 км-т Цэцүүх багийн төв байрладаг. Энэхүү дуганы туурийн яг дундуур нь Солонготын давааны чиглэлийн авто зам дайран өнгөрдөг болсон тул туурийн хэлбэр хэмжээ ихэд бүдгэрсэн. Гэвч гадуураа хашаа бүхий 2-3 байгууламжийн туурь мэдрэгдэнэ. Цэцүүхийн хурал буюу Дарь эхийн дуган нь манай орны хөдөө орон нутагт нийтлэг байсан жалгын цагийн хурлын дуган байжээ. Description of location :
The site is located amongst mountain ranges in the TSetsuukhein valley 49Km from the Ikh Uul sum centre. The site itself is on the southern slope Ikh Ultyn mountain on the west side of the Tsetsuukhein valley. Tsetsuukhiin valley is divided into 3 parts: Upper, Middle and Lower TSetsuukh. In 1950 a team centre was established in the area and, at that time, the temple buildings were taken apart and moved away. Tsetsuukh team centre, consisting mainly of storage buildings and animal shelters, is 2Km from the site. Right between the team centre and the site is the sacred Ultiin ovoo. Herders live here in the summer and autumn months.

The paved road to the Solongotyn mountain pass runs right across the site, thus the site itself has almost disappeared. But there are some marks of a fence and the foundations of three small buildings still visible. There are no signs of any ger outlines. The central foundation measures 6M x 6M. It is difficult to say which one was the main temple. Locals tell that during Socialist times, a cattle farm was on the site. Our guide, 76 year old Na. Dolgor, told us that the foundations of the main temple are under the road. Also there are other ruins of buildings, but most likely these were built later and do not belong to the temple. The site is located on the border of 2 provinces Zavkhan and Arkhangai. People do not know when the monastery was built, how many monks were and when was it closed. The valley is called Tsetsuukh and for some time a team centre existed in the valley. Local elders remember that the valley had a temple. So we understand there was a sutra reciting Tsagaan Temple, that probably operated on a seasonal basis.

Locals call it Dari Ekhiin khural, although prof. Rinchen registered it as Tsetsuukhiin khural, because that’s where the Dari Ekhiin sutras were recited. The valley is called Tsetsuukh.
11-14 No info was found about when was the temple was established, how many monks resided there and when it was closed. But there was a temple reciting Dari Ekh sutras.
