Өлзийт сумын нутаг дахь Баруун хурал буюу Яргайтын сүмээс зүүн тийш 1 км орчим зайд Зүүн сүмийн уул хэмээх уулын урд талд Зүүн хурал хэмээх хурлын газар төвхнөж байжээ. Зүүн хурал бол нэг л модон дугантай цөөн ламтай жижиг хурал байжээ.Лам цөөхөн учир баруун хурлаас лам нар очиж нийлж хурдаг байсан байна. As the place is rarely visited and the complex was made of mainly stones there are partial remains. Within a stone walled courtyard ruins of a temple building can be found and ruins of a stupa behind it. On its east side the foundations of a big temple and a smaller building are visible. There are some stonewalls and another courtyard where most probably the local monks lived. It is said that caves are situated southwest of the complex. On the south of the complex another stone foundation is visible.

According to Namjil, who was a monk in Baruun süm, there were two assemblies in Yargaitiin am: Baruun khural and Züün Khural. Monks of Baruun süm visited Züün süm, which was situated about 1km east of their home monastery. There was only one temple made of wood surrounded by a wall. Monks went there during the winter to hold ceremonies.
According to Damdinjav monk, the only monk of the present-day Baruun süm, there were 2-3 temples in the area of Züün süm. The ruins, fragments and foundations confirm it (see drawing). There are caves southeast of the complex. Many fragments of Buddhas and other sacred stone parts were found by the surveyors. Damdinjav monk chased some robbers from this area, who came with metal detectors to find old precious objects. They dug a large hold in the ground. He told that everyday reading was held here once.
