Шавартын хурал /хамба Амгалангийн хурал/ Хуучин Түшээт хан аймгийн Дайчин вангийн хошууны нутаг одоогийн Сэлэнгэ сумын төвөөс зүүн тийш 25 км-т 2-р багийн нутаг Шаврын голд 1863 онд 1 дуган бүхий жасаа хурлыг хамба Амгалан гэдэг лам үүсгэн байгуулжээ.Уг жасаа хурал нь Ахай гүний хүрээний салбар хурал байсан бөгөөд сарын дүйцэн өдрүүд жилийн томоохон хурлуудад Ахай гүний хүрээнээс лам нар гарч ирж хурал хурдаг байв.1937 оны эхээр уг хурал хаагдсан ба үлдсэн дуган нь 1950-иад оны үе хүртэл байж байгаад нураагджээ.Энэ хурал байнгын 8-9 ламын данстай байв.
