Булган аймаг Хангал сум. Галттайн хурал Хуучин Түшээт хан аймгийн Дайчин вангийн хошуу одоогийн Ханга сумын Хялгант тосгоноос урагш 6-7 км, Бугатын зоо хэмээх модот уулын хойд талд энэхүү цагийн хурлын дуган төвхнөж байжээ. Агваан гэлэн гэдэг хүний 19-р зууны сүүлч үеэр үүсгэн байгуулсан энэ дуган нь модон дуган байсан бөгөөд сар жилийн дүйчэн өдрүүдэд ойр орчмын хөдөө гэртэй байдаг лам нар цуглаж хурал хурдаг байжээ. Бусад үед мөнх зултай, тахилч ламтай байв.
