Палан тэргүүний хурал Сумын төвөөс 58 км орчимд Донгой багийн баруун хэсэг Цохиотын аманд 2 дуган бүхий энэ цагийн хурал байжээ.Дуганы өмнө талд Палан тэргүүний нуур хэмээх жижиг нууртай.Хойд талын Баян хайрхан уулын овоог тахиж ирсэн 1850-иад оны үед Палан тэргүүн хэмээх хүн анх үүсгэн байгуулсан энэ 2 дуганд сар жилийн дүйцэн өдрүүдээр 20-30 лам цуглаж хурдаг байв.Бусад үед Гончиг гэдэг тахилч лам дуганд сууж байжээ.Палан тэргүүн өөрөө нутаг орондоо нэр хүндтэй мал хөрөнгө ихтэй хүн байсан ба уг дуганы хурлын үеэр лам нарын манз цавыг даадаг байсан ба мөн нутаг хошууны мал идээ хүн ардын сайн сайхны төлөө үе үе хурал хуруулдаг хүн байжээ.
Description of location :
The site is located at the place called Tsokhiotyn am ch located in the territory of the 3rd bag Dongoi bag. The site is 58 km. from the sum center. to its north is Bayankhairkhan sacred mountain and south is a river and a small lake called Palan Terguun. The site is located around 300 meters from the bank of the lake.
