Дорноговь аймаг Дэлгэрэх сум. Цагаан чулуутын хурал Тус сумын Цагаан хад хэмээх газар төвхнөж байгаад 1860-1870 оны хооронд нүүдэллэн Чандманы хурлаас салж Цагаан овоо хэмээх газар ирж суурьшаад 1935, 1936 оныг хүртэл 50 гаруй жил оршин тогтноод хаагдсан жижиг хурал байжээ.Гомбо сахиустай тус хийдийн сүүлчийн тэргүүн нь Дашням хувилгаан гэж хүн байсан ба 2 дуган 30 гаруй ламтай байжээ.Зун намрын улиралд лам нар нь тогтмол сууж хурдаг байнгын хуралтай харин өвлийн үед зөвхөн мөнх зултай тахилч ламтай хурал байв. /Дэлгэрэх сумын өндөр настан Аварга гуулингийн хийдэд шавилж байсан Ширваагийн Доржсүрэнтэй хийсэн ярилцлагаас 2007.07.14/
Description of location :
The monastic site is situated on the east southern part and 27 km from the soum center, surrounding by the small hills. The Zulegt Ovoo is on the south, Kharaatyn Tsagaan ovoo on the north. Both are worshipped. 8 stupas of Otoch Manla are at Jinger mountain.

Monastic site remains express a monastery very clearly with foundations of the temples, two and three base of the buildings, two temples built with blue bricks and tiled roof, high fence round the temples remaining. There is also a foundation of a small temple behind the temple.
