There is almost nothing left on the site. We were instructed where it was exactly situated from the local government people, and we found a yurt and a family living just next to it. (On the left of the road.) A man of Buryad origin, born in 1940, Galsan Sürenjav, showed the exact site of the buildings. Only some raised areas on the ground are visible and these are marked by stones. Probably the buildings were made of wood as there are no brick remnants on the site. A piece of an old pot (togoo) was found and some old ruins but nothing else.
There is an ovoo on the south of the ruins, in Maikhan hill, called Erdene lamiin ovoo. There is some water called Baayuunii us in the area.
