Холбоо нуурын хурал /Хүйтэн Галуутайн хурал/ Засагт хан аймгийн Цэцэн сартуулын хошуу одоогийн Сантмаргац сумын төвийн зүүн урд талд Холбоо нуурын эрэгт энэ хурал төвхнөж байжээ.Хар нуур хэмээх нуурын ус 2 том хэсэг болж нэг нарийн хоолойгоор холбогдсоноос уг нуурыг Холбоо нуур гэдэг.Мөн энэ нууррийн хойд эрэгт байх хурлыг Хүйтэн Галуутайн хурал хэмээн нэрлэж байсан нь Холбоо нуурт зүүн талаас нь Хүйтэн Галуутайн гол нутгадаг ба энэ голын нэрээр мөнхүү нэрлэж байжээ.Холбоо нуурын хурал нь 1890-ээд оны үед Цэцэн сартуулын хошууны гол хүрээ болох Галуутайн хүрээнээс салбарлан байгуулагдсан хурал байжээ.1920-иод оныг хүртэл энд 2-3 жижиг дугантай 50 орчим лам цуглаж хурдаг үүнээс бйанга суудаг нь 30 шахам ламтай байнгын хуралтай байв.Харин 1920-иод оны дунд үеэс тухай үеийн цаг төрийн байдлаас үүдэн уг хурлын газрын байнгын ажиллагаа таслалдаж зөвхөн сар жилийн дүйцэн өдрүүдэд лам нар цуглаж хурдаг болжээ.Энэ хуралд ихэвчлэн Галуутайн хүрээнээс лам нар гарч ирж хурал номын зан үлй хийдэг байв.Тус хурал нь 1932 онд хаагдаж сүм дуганыг 1950-иад оны үед нурааж зөөсөн гэдэг.Холбоо нуурын хуралд шавлан сууж байсан лам хувраг одоо байхгүй мөн уг хрлын тухай бичигийн болон аман мэдээлэл олдоогүй байна.Тус хурал нь байгуулагдсан эхний үедээ байнгын хурал номтой жижиг хийд байж байгаад хөгжлийн явцдаа тодорхой шалтгаануудын улмаас хурал ном нь тасалдан зөвхөн цагийн хурал болсон бололтой.Одоо уг хурлын туурь нь элсний нүүдэл, сумын төвийн айлуудын хогийн цэгт дарагдан яг тодорхой мдэгдэхээ больсон байна.1990 онд Яг энэ туурин дээр биш тууриас 2-3 км зайтай газарт Холбоо нуурын хурлын хурал номыг сэргээн Ганданпэлжээлин хэмээх хийдийг байгуулжээ. /Сантмаргац сумын Ганданпэлжээлин хийдийн лам С.Ваанятай хийсэн ярицлагаас 2007.06.17/
Description of location :
The Khuiten Galuutain river runs from the east to the west and goes into KHolboo lake. KHolboo lake and Khar lake are connected with each other. These lakes are on the east side of Mongolyn Ikh Els, in the area of Santmargast sum. Currently the sum centre is located here. There is a sacred ovoo.

The site is on the south-east side of the sum centre. The site has almost disappeared due to sand movement, transportation, human activity and cattle. Also local families deposit their garbage and pasture their cattle on the site. A new temple has been built on the north side of the sum centre, higher up from the site of the old temple.

7. It is impossible to define the size of the site as the ground is covered with sand and covered over with grass. The size assumption is only based on the local elders stories.
11. Vaaya, a local who was born in 1943, said that when he went to school in 1950 there were a few (3-4) small buildings on this site, but even by then they were very worn out. Children used to go and play there, but elders tried to prohibit them. The locals called the buildings Jingiin houses most probably because of some Chinese people in the area. (There used to be a few Chinese people living in the are although it is not certain if they were there permanently.) As the site is located near two lakes there is constant flow of people and cattle in the area. There were no old people left in the immediate vicinity to tell us about the site. Mostly people know that Galuutain monastery monks used to come for ceremonies. Vaaya told us that a local oldman Jantsan told him that TEgshiin khuree was closed in 1932 and that that year, crazy dogs and wolves came to the site.
10. No information about when the temple was established, closed nor how many monks were there. Some people say it was a branch of Galuutain khuree.
12. A new temple has been built in the sum centre, but the locals do not consider it to be the restoration of the old one.
13. One dka-bcu ( Gangaa gavj), one fully ordained monk (Rinchin) and about 50-60 monks were chanting permanently and also monks would come from Galuutai and Tegshiin khurees.
